sec.24 Chattel auctioneer to act in accordance with client’s instructions
A chattel auctioneer must act in accordance with a client’s instructions unless it is contrary to this division or otherwise unlawful to do so. A chattel auctioneer must not market, or advertise or offer to sell, goods on terms different from the terms authorised by the client. However, the price at which a chattel auctioneer offers to sell goods must be in accordance with the client’s written instructions (sec.24-ssec.1) A chattel auctioneer must act in accordance with a client’s instructions unless it is contrary to this division or otherwise unlawful to do so. A chattel auctioneer must not market, or advertise or offer to sell, goods on terms different from the terms authorised by the client.
