87AWaiver or refund of fees

87A Waiver or refund of fees (1) The Registrar may, in a particular case or class of cases— (a) waive or reduce fees that would otherwise be payable under this Act; or (b) refund, in whole or in part, fees paid under this Act. (a) a person— (i) pays a fee under this Act and the Registrar then waives or reduces the fee; or (ii) is for any other reason entitled to a refund of a fee under this Act; and (b) the person owes the Authority or the Committee any money— the Registrar may give the refund to which the person is entitled to the Authority or the Committee to enable it to be applied towards the debt owed to the Authority or the Committee.
