83D Complaints concerning motor car trader are privileged If a person— S. 83D(a) amended by No. 52/1998 s. 173. (a) lodges a complaint with the Authority, the Director or the Committee; or S. 83D(b) amended by No. 52/1998 s. 173. (b) produces or gives a document or any information or evidence to the Authority, the Director or the Committee— the person is not liable in any way for any loss, damage or injury suffered by another person by reason only of the lodging of that complaint or the production or giving of that document, information or evidence.
