81 Deferred payment
If the amount standing to the credit of the Fund is insufficient to pay the whole amount of all claims allowed in any financial year, any such claim so far as it remains unpaid must be charged against future receipts of the Fund and must be paid out of the Fund when there is sufficient money in it.
