77ACommittee may postpone its determination

77A Committee may postpone its determination The Committee may postpone making a determination on a claim for such period as it considers reasonable and necessary if— (a) prior to a determination being made on the claim, any or all of the matters that are the subject of the claim are the subject of pending legal proceedings; or (b) there is a reasonable expectation that the claim will be resolved between the parties; or (c) the motor car is the subject of a police investigation; or (d) the Committee considers it appropriate in the circumstances.
