15 Endorsement of licence S. 15(1) substituted by No. 52/1998 s. 147. (1) If under section 14, 29D or 31, a condition or restriction is imposed on a licensee or varied or revoked, the Authority may require the licensee to produce the licence for endorsement of or variation or revocation of the condition or restriction. S. 15(2) amended by No. 74/1996 s. 50(b). (2) A licensee must comply with the requirement under subsection (1). S. 15A inserted by No. 74/1996 s. 10. 15A 2 year ban on applying for licence after refusal of application (1) If a person's application for a licence is refused by the Authority, the person is not entitled to lodge another application for a licence within 2 years after the refusal. (2) If the Authority is satisfied that there are special circumstances in a particular case, it may permit a person to lodge an application within 2 years after the refusal.
