121 Transitional—Motor Car Traders Amendment Act 2008 Despite anything to the contrary in this Act, section 35A (as in force immediately before the commencement of section 12 of the **Motor Car Traders Amendment Act 2008**) continues to apply to the employment of any person by a motor car trader by whom the person was employed immediately before that commencement. S. 122 repealed by No. 74/1996 s. 55(1)(e), new s. 122 inserted by No. 4/2008 s. 30.
