> The Authority is authorised to exchange information concerning the treatment and care needs of participants (including the expenses that are paid or payable by the Authority under the Scheme in relation to those needs) with licensed insurers within the meaning of the [Motor Accidents Compensation Act 1999](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1999-041) and such other persons or bodies as may be approved by the Authority.
