8 Determination of Tribunal
[Regulation 8 Amended by No. 18 of 2021, s. 280, Applied:05 Nov 2021] On the determination by the Tribunal of a reference, the President is to serve on each party to the reference–
(a) a sealed copy of the Tribunal's determination; and
(b) the reasons for that determination.
