5 Reference to Tribunal on behalf of infant
(1) In this regulation –
relevant person, in relation to an infant, means –
(a) the infant’s parent or guardian; or
(b) another person appointed by the Tribunal in relation to the infant.
(2) A relevant person in relation to an infant, may –
(a) refer a matter to the Tribunal on behalf of the infant under section 28(2) of the Act; and
(b) represent that infant before the Tribunal.
