3 Application to the Crown
[Section 3 Amended by No. 90 of 1999, Sched. 1, Applied:14 Aug 2000] This Act binds the Crown and applies accordingly to any motor vehicle of which the Crown is the owner or user, and to any motor vehicle used on its behalf.
