#### 37 Payment of claims against Nominal Defendant 37 Payment of claims against Nominal Defendant (cf s 29 MAA) > The Nominal Defendant is not personally liable to pay any amount payable in satisfaction of any claim made or judgment obtained under section 33, 34 or 35 or the amount of any costs or expenses incurred by it in relation to any such claim or judgment, but every such amount is to be paid by the Nominal Defendant out of the Nominal Defendant’s Fund established under this Part.
