#### 224 Service of documents on Nominal Defendant 224 Service of documents on Nominal Defendant (cf s 34 MAA) > > (1) A document may be served on the Nominal Defendant by leaving it at, or by sending it by post addressed to, the Nominal Defendant at— > > > > > (a) an address prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this section, or > > > > > (b) if no such address is prescribed—the address of the head office of the Authority. > > > (2) Nothing in this section affects the operation of any provision of a law or of the rules of a court authorising a document to be served on the Nominal Defendant in any other manner.
