Part 8 Transitional matters Division 4 Motor Accidents (Compensation) Amendment Act 2019 Motor Accidents (Compensation) Act 1979 47 49 Application of section 13 (1) Section 13, as amended by the Motor Accidents (Compensation) Amendment Act 2019, applies only in relation to a motor accident that happens after the commencement. (2) Section 13, as in force before the commencement, continues to apply in relation to a motor accident that happened before the commencement.
