33 Commission may extend limits In the exercising of its powers under this Act the Commission may, where it considers that the circumstances of a particular case warrant such action because of special hardship that is likely to be suffered by any person, determine that the time limits imposed by this Act on the payment of benefits under Part 3, 4 (other than section 18A or 18BB) or 5 may be extended, and the benefits may be paid accordingly.
