28C Decision on review (1) In making a review decision on the request, the designated person must: (a) confirm the original decision; or (b) vary the original decision; or (c) revoke the original decision and substitute another decision for it. (2) The designated person must give the claimant written notice of the review decision as soon as practicable after making it. (3) The notice must include: (a) the reasons for the review decision; and (b) the procedures for referral to the Tribunal under Division 3. (4) The validity of the review decision is not affected by a contravention of subsection (2) or (3). (5) A decision under subsection (1)(b) or (c) is, for this Act (other than this Part), taken to be the decision of the Commission. Division 3 Referral of claims to Tribunal
