28A Review by designated person (1) A claimant who is aggrieved by a decision made on the claimant's claim for a benefit (the original decision) may ask the designated person to review the merits of the decision. (2) The claimant must request the review within 90 days after: (a) receipt of notice of the original decision; or (b) if notice of the original decision is not given – the claimant becomes aware of the decision. (3) The request must be in the approved form.
