20 Definition In this Part: qualifying person means: (a) a person who dies as a result of injuries received in a motor accident occurring in the Territory; or (b) a resident of the Territory who dies as a result of injuries received in a motor accident, involving a Territory motor vehicle, occurring outside the Territory.
