10C Total exclusion: terrorist acts (1) No benefits are payable under this Act for a person's injury or death in, or as a result of, a motor accident if, having regard to the nature of the accident and the context in which the accident occurred, it is reasonable to characterise the accident as a terrorist act. (2) In this section: terrorist act, see section 5 of the Terrorism (Emergency Powers) Act 2003.
