#### 3A Execution etc of certain agreement 3A Execution etc of certain agreement > > (1) The execution by the Attorney General, for and on behalf of Her Majesty in right of the State of New South Wales, and by the Authority, of an agreement substantially in accordance with the form contained in Schedule 5 is authorised by this section. > > > (2) The Attorney General and the Authority may exercise the functions conferred on them, respectively, under the agreement. > > > (3) In exercising any function under this Act, the Attorney General (or the Minister, if the Minister is not the Attorney General) and the Authority shall have regard to and shall comply with the provisions of the agreement. > > > (4) The provisions of the agreement, any arrangements entered into in accordance with the provisions of the agreement and the giving of effect to the provisions of the agreement are approved by this Act. > > > (5) The agreement may be amended from time to time by agreement in writing between the parties to it, and the agreement as so amended becomes the agreement in force for the purposes of this section. > > **s 3A:** Ins 1989 No 47, Sch 1 (2).
