#### 27 References to motor vehicles 27 References to motor vehicles > > (1) Any reference in any Act (other than this Act or the amending Act) or instrument made under any Act or in a third party policy under this Act or any other instrument of any kind to a motor vehicle within the meaning of this Act (as defined immediately before the commencement of Schedule 4.10 \[1\] to the amending Act) is taken to be a reference to a motor vehicle or trailer within the meaning of this Act (as amended by the amending Act). > > > (2) This clause does not apply to the Acts and Regulations amended by Schedules 4 and 5 to the amending Act.
