#### 150 Determination by Minister of short-fall levy 150 Determination by Minister of short-fall levy > > (1) The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, determine the short-fall levies payable under this Part for motor vehicles of such classes as are specified in the order. > > > (2) The short-fall levies determined by any such order apply to registrations and renewals of registrations of motor vehicles effected, and traders’ plates issued, after the order takes effect and while the order is in force. > > > (3) An order under this section takes effect on such date after the publication of the order in the Gazette as is specified in the order.
