143 Payment of damages out of TAC Fund
Damages payable:
(a) (without limiting section 14D of the Motor Vehicles (Third Party Insurance) Act 1942) in respect of claims made under section 14 or 14A of that Act, or
(b) in respect of intermediate transport accidents,
shall be paid out of the TAC Fund.
