sec.15 Rate of interest for amount owed to transport administration— Act , s 27A
For section 27A (3) of the Act , the rate of interest is the yield for Commonwealth Government 10-year bonds (monthly) published by the Reserve Bank of Australia, as at the beginning of the quarter in which the payment should have been made. The rate of interest is available on the Reserve Bank of Australia’s website.
