sch.4-sec.2 Definitions

In this deed— Act means the Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994 . claim costs means costs of an insurer on a claim. class , of a motor vehicle, means its class under the Motor Accident Insurance Regulation 2018 , schedule 1 . contributing insurer means a licensed insurer for whom another licensed insurer is acting as claim manager for a claim. contribution notice see section 10 (2) . referee means a person, or 1 of a panel of persons, approved by the commission to arbitrate disputes under this deed. In this deed, words and expressions defined in the Act have, unless the contrary intention appears, the meaning given in the Act .
