sch.4-sec.14 Information may be publicly disclosed
The commission may publish information the commission considers should be disclosed in the public interest about— a licensed insurer’s financial position; or a licensed insurer’s management of claims, provision of rehabilitation services, or compliance with other obligations under the statutory insurance scheme; or other matters about the conduct of CTP insurance business.
- (a) a licensed insurer’s financial position; or
- (b) a licensed insurer’s management of claims, provision of rehabilitation services, or compliance with other obligations under the statutory insurance scheme; or
- (c) other matters about the conduct of CTP insurance business.
