sch.4-sec.12 Accounts to be kept
A licensed insurer must keep appropriate accounts setting out for each claim— all contributions to claim costs made to other insurers; and all contributions to claim costs received from other insurers; and all other amounts received or recovered by the insurer towards claim costs.
- (a) all contributions to claim costs made to other insurers; and
