404 Business plans—MAI guidelines (1) The MAI guidelines may make provision for— (a) business plans for licensed insurers; and (b) the issue of MAI policies. (2) The MAI commission must consult each licensed insurer before making an MAI guideline in relation to the matters mentioned in subsection (1).
