375 Licensed insurer’s measures and policies adopts measures and policies, and ways of monitoring the effectiveness of adopted measures and policies, to ensure that staff of the licensed insurer— (a) act fairly and without prejudice when dealing with injured people and their representatives; and (b) treat injured people and their representatives with dignity and respect; and
(c) give information that is consistent with this Act.
