259 Compulsory conference may be dispensed with (1) On application by 1 or more of the parties for the motor accident claim, the court may dispense with the compulsory conference for good reason and make any other orders the court considers appropriate. (2) In considering whether to dispense with the compulsory conference, the court must take into account the extent of compliance by the parties with their obligations for the motor accident claim.
