233 Defined benefit payment etc—no effect on liability under motor accident claim The acceptance, or deemed acceptance, of liability for an application for defined benefits, or payment of defined benefits, by an insurer in relation to a motor accident— (a) is not an admission of liability in relation to the motor accident; and (b) does not in any way prejudice or affect a claim or proceeding arising out of the motor accident.
