186 Definitions—div 2.10.2 internally reviewable decision means a decision of an insurer— (a) mentioned in schedule 1, part 1.1, column 3 under a provision of this Act mentioned in column 2 in relation to the decision; or (b) prescribed by regulation. internal review, of an insurer’s internally reviewable decision, means a review of the decision, carried out by the insurer under this part.
