173 No entitlement to death benefits—death benefits paid (b) death benefits (other than funeral expenses) are paid under a workers compensation scheme for the benefit of a dependant of (2) The dependant is not entitled to death benefits in relation to the person’s death. (3) If the dependant has been paid death benefits under this part, the insurer is entitled to recover the death benefits from the dependant.
