172 No entitlement to death benefits—quality of life benefits or damages already paid A dependant of a person who died as a result of a motor accident is not entitled to death benefits in relation to the person’s death if the person received— (a) quality of life benefits in relation to the motor accident; or (b) quality of life damages in relation to the motor accident.
