170 No entitlement to death benefits—death of foreign national outside Australia (b) the person is a foreign national; and
Death benefits—entitlement Division 2.7.2 (c) the person’s death happens outside Australia. (2) A dependant of the person is not entitled to death benefits in relation to the person’s death.
