Advertising structures—real estate signs
(1) Maximum area—2.5m2.
(2) Must—
(a) advertise only that the premises or land is for sale, auction or lease, and
(b) be removed within 7 days of the sale, auction or lease.
(3) Must not be illuminated or flashing.
