Whenever any moneys are paid by the Trustees under or by virtue of this Act to any body, corporation or institution the receipt of the Secretary or Treasurer for the time being of such body, corporation or institution shall be a sufficient discharge to the Trustees who shall not be bound to enquire or see to the application thereof.
