46A Consents and notices
> In the events mentioned in the first column hereunder and distinguished by a number therein any notice required or authorised by this Act to be given may be given to the respective persons mentioned in the second column and distinguished by a corresponding number in place or on behalf of the persons respectively referred to in the first column as the mortgagor and the respective persons so mentioned and distinguished in the second column shall have and be deemed always to have had power to make any application to the court or to give any consent under any of the provisions of this Act in place or on behalf of the respective persons referred to in the first column as the mortgagor—
