#### 38 Protection of trustees in respect of consents 38 Protection of trustees in respect of consents > A personal representative of a deceased person, or a trustee, shall not be deemed guilty of any breach of trust or breach of duty by reason only of the fact that— > > > (a) he gives any consent under section six or section fourteen of this Act, > > > (b) he has given any consent under section ten of the [Moratorium Act 1930](/view/pdf/asmade/act-1930-48), or under that section as amended by the [Moratorium (Amendment) Act 1931](/view/pdf/asmade/act-1931-43).
