#### 20 Mortgagee not entitled to notice where mortgagor pays within time allowed 20 Mortgagee not entitled to notice where mortgagor pays within time allowed (cf Act No 48, 1930, ss 18, 18A) > Where the principal sum secured by a mortgage is paid after the date for payment fixed by the mortgage, but upon or before the prescribed date for repayment, or where the court in pursuance of section nineteen has extended the date for payment, upon or before such extended date, the mortgagee shall not be entitled to receive any payment by way of interest in lieu of notice.
