#### 51 Commonwealth payment to Newco (1) The Finance Minister may, on the Commonwealth’s behalf, make payments to Newco in accordance with the asset purchase agreement. (2) The Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated for payments under subsection (1). (3) The total amount of any payments under subsection (1) must not exceed $6,500,000.
