#### 22 Commonwealth liable to pay an amount to the Authority equal to Authority’s debts to the Commonwealth and set‑off of debts (1) On the sale day the Commonwealth becomes liable to pay to the Authority an amount equal to the Authority’s debt to the Commonwealth on that day. (2) The amount payable under subsection (1) is to be set‑off against the Authority’s debt to the Commonwealth. (3) The Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated for payments under this section.
