174 Regulations
(1) The Governor‑General may make regulations prescribing all matters: (a) required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or (b) necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act. (2) In particular but without limiting subsection (1), the regulations may prescribe: (a) the fees payable to the ACCC on making a prescribed application, or giving a prescribed notice, to the ACCC under this Act or the regulations; and (b) matters in connection with the procedure of the ACCC; and (c) fees and expenses of witnesses in proceedings before the ACCC; and (d) matters for and in relation to the costs, if any, that may be awarded by the Federal Court in proceedings before the Federal Court under this Act.
