#### 156 Insertion of new section After section 14 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted: 14A Authority to act in accordance with Ministerial determination “(1) The Minister may, after consulting the Authority, give the Authority a written determination setting out the policies and objectives that are to be carried out by the Authority for the purposes of performing its functions. (2) It is the duty of the directors to give effect to a determination under subsection (1). (3) If the Minister gives a determination under subsection (1), the Minister must cause a copy of the determination to be laid before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after giving the determination.”.
