Section 14 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from paragraphs (1)(b) and (c) “its” (wherever occurring);
(b) by omitting from subsection (2) “petroleum” and substituting “gas”;
(c) by omitting from subsection (2) “its”.
