sec.22 Responsible Minister may give directions
The responsible Minister for a place of detention may give directions to a detaining authority for the place of detention for the purpose of assisting the detaining authority to meet the requirements of this Act. The detaining authority must comply with a direction given by the responsible Minister. (sec.22-ssec.1) The responsible Minister for a place of detention may give directions to a detaining authority for the place of detention for the purpose of assisting the detaining authority to meet the requirements of this Act.
