The subcommittee may retain, copy or take notes of any information (other than identifying information) the subcommittee is given access to under section 13 . Despite subsection (1) , the subcommittee may retain, copy or include in any notes taken identifying information (including confidential information) about a detainee in a place of detention only if the detainee consents to the subcommittee doing so. (sec.15-ssec.1) The subcommittee may retain, copy or take notes of any information (other than identifying information) the subcommittee is given access to under section 13 .
