Tasmania act
What it does: This Act fixes how it comes into force (it starts on a day the government proclaims) (s2) and confirms that amendments made by this Act to regulations, rules or by‑laws do not stop later regulations, rules or by‑laws from further amending or rescinding those provisions (s4). Who decides: commencement by proclamation (s2); makers of subordinate instruments retain power to change the affected provisions (s4). It is an administrative, not a substantive, change and imposes no new fees or offences.
