70 Discharge of enforcement warrant issued under this Division
(1) The Director must discharge an enforcement warrant issued under section 68 upon the discharge of all monetary penalties for which the enforcement debtor is liable and for which an enforcement order has been issued.
(2) The Director may discharge an enforcement warrant at any time and for any reason.
(3) [Section 70 Subsection (3) inserted by No. 4 of 2011, s. 26, Applied:01 Jun 2011] A discharge of an enforcement warrant is to be in an approved form.
(4) [Section 70 Subsection (4) inserted by No. 4 of 2011, s. 26, Applied:01 Jun 2011] The Director is to lodge with the Recorder the discharge of an enforcement warrant.
(5) [Section 70 Subsection (5) inserted by No. 4 of 2011, s. 26, Applied:01 Jun 2011] On the lodgement with the Recorder of a discharge of an enforcement warrant, the Recorder is to discharge the enforcement warrant and remove it from the Register.
