33 Issue of MPCSO
(1) On receipt of notice under section 32(4) , the Director is to issue an MPCSO.
(2) [Section 33 Subsection (2) amended by No. 20 of 2013, s. 61, Applied:20 Jun 2013] On the issue of an MPCSO, the Director must give the offender and the Director, Community Corrections notice of –
(a) the making of the order; and
(b) its terms.
(3) An MPCSO takes effect on its issue.
(4) [Section 33 Subsection (4) substituted by No. 20 of 2013, s. 61, Applied:20 Jun 2013] On the issue of an MPCSO, the Director is to cease, or not take, action to enforce payment of any monetary penalty to which the order relates while the offender complies with the order.
